ASIA PACIFIC. The Moodie Davitt Report is seeking an Asia Pacific-based journalist (ideally Hong Kong or Mainland China) to join the clear travel retail publishing market leader* and one of the world’s most-respected and innovative B2B titles.
The successful candidate will join an acclaimed editorial team led by business owners Martin Moodie (Hong Kong-based) and Dermot Davitt (Ireland-based); Fashion, Beauty & Social Media Editor Hannah Tan-Gillies (UK); and Senior Editors Colleen Morgan (Greece) and Mark Lane (UK).
He or she will work closely with Martin Moodie across Asia Pacific markets and time zones. The successful candidate (or candidates) will be digitally savvy; have high standards of accuracy and all-round professionalism; and possess qualities of relationship-building, integrity and discretion. Knowledge of Asia Pacific markets (and the differences between them) and social media will be an advantage; Chinese language a big plus.
