USA. Minute Suites, which operates short-stay private suites in selected North American airports, is offering a free service to nursing mothers.
On-the-go mothers can now book a suite for 30 minutes via the Minute Suites website or mobile app.
The company said it wanted to ensure travelling mothers could find a clean, safe and quiet location to tend to their babies.
Minute Suites has two locations at both Hartfield-Jackson Atlanta International (Concourse B and T) and Dallas Fort Worth International (Terminal A and D) and also has suites at Charlotte Douglas International and Philadelphia International airports.
The company was established in 2007 by a group of former healthcare professionals, including CEO Daniel Solomon. Minute Suites aims to offer solutions to the stress and fatigue related to air travel. It opened its first suites in 2009 at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport.
