Masi named official wine partner of Air Dolomiti

Italian wine company Masi Agricola has been named an official partner of Air Dolomiti, Lufthansa’s wholly owned subsidiary, for 2018. Its wines will feature on all Air Dolomiti flights.

The Masi wine offer will alternate between white wine Colbaraca Soave Classico, red Valpolicella Classico Superiore Toar and Moxxè Pinot Grigio sparkling wine.

To support the partnership, Masi has implemented a wine training programme for Air Dolomiti cabin crew.

All Air Dolomiti passengers who present their boarding pass and a voucher (downloadable onboard via the inflight entertainment platform) will be able to visit the Masi Wine Experience at Tenuta Canova de Lazise, northern Italy.

Air Dolomiti President Joerg Eberhart said: “I am very happy to share this new project with Masi, a company with which we have already collaborated in the past and with whom our friendship has strengthened over the years. We want high quality and dedication for our passengers. A satisfied passenger is our greatest satisfaction.”

Masi President Sandro Boscaini commented: “We are pleased to contribute to an exclusive flight experience that can be expanded on arrival, through a visit to Masi Tenuta Canova: a welcoming place where a beautiful setting and lakeside landscape can be enjoyed along with a wealth of local gastronomy and local wines.”

Air Dolomiti operates a network of routes to several Italian destinations from its base in Munich.
