USA. MarketPlace PHL, which manages the concessions programme at Philadelphia International Airport, has named Ashley Vesay (right) as Leasing Manager.
She will be responsible for the “ongoing stabilisation efforts” of more than 170 F&B and retail outlets at the airport. She will also oversee the continued development of the merchandising programme.
Before joining MarketPlace PHL, Vesay served as a senior leasing representative for Pennsylvania Real Estate Investment Trust.
There, she was responsible for creating a new business development programme, cultivating relationships and executing leases with new and expanding retailers. Vesay also had leasing responsibilities for multiple shopping centres in the Maryland, New Jersey and Wisconsin markets.
