MarketPlace names Chickie’s & Pete’s and Stellar News as leading partners for customer service

USA. MarketPlace PHL, which manages the food and retail programmes at Philadelphia International Airport, has named Chickie’s & Pete’s, located in Concourse A-West, and Stellar News, located in Concourse F, as the Restaurant and Retailer of the Fourth Quarter respectively.

Cutting EDGE! (Excellence Drives Great Experiences), a programme initiated by MarketPlace PHL, is designed to recognise merchants that provide exceptional customer service. The scheme uses various key customer-centric metrics. Each merchant is eligible to earn EDGE! points by providing quality customer service and participating in marketing programmes. At the end of each quarter, MarketPlace PHL awards the Merchant of the Quarter trophies to the restaurant and retail merchants that earned the most points.

Chickie’s & Pete’s, a Philadelphia brand since 1977, is a hub for sports fans in the city, while Stellar News is a leading news and convenience store brand.
