USA. Footwear retailer Ecco has opened its first airport store, at Pittsburgh International.
The 1,791sq ft store is located in the Center Core at the AirMall at Pittsburgh International Airport shopping area.
It features a range of fashionable footwear for men and women, including sneakers, pumps, sandals and boots.
The Ecco store also offers a selection of leather goods, including handbags, belts, bags, wallets and shoe care cleaning products.
“We are delighted that Ecco chose Pittsburgh for its first airport store,” said Pittsburgh International Airport Vice President of Media Relations Bob Kerlik. “This new speciality retailer adds to our retail mix and reputation among travellers as a premium shopping destination.”
The Ecco store offers free shipping on all purchases and is open from 5am to 8pm between Sunday and Friday and from 5am to 7pm on Saturdays.
Pittsburgh International Airport, which is managed by Allegheny County Airport Authority, serves more than eight million passengers annually.
