A key item is the Penultimate Eye Liner, a liquid, pen-style liner that delivers a bold, precise line in a rich, carbon-black shade. 41 Lash, a set of natural hair false eyelashes, completes the lush, luxe look.

Also launching into travel retail this month is the Lustre Twins collection, which features nine new shades of MAC’s double-ended Pro Longwear Lustre Lipcolour with new sheer-pigment top coats, plus three matching Nail Lacquer partners.

The nail polish formula has been improved to give long-lasting, ultra-glossy colour, according to MAC.

In February, MAC will introduce the Well Defined collection into Americas travel retailing only. Accompanying this launch will be a new line of foundations and concealers.

Studio Sculpt SPF15 Foundation is a gel-based cream formula created by MAC’s Product Development experts in partnership with its PRO team of make-up artists.

The foundation is said to glide on quickly and easily, and blend effortlessly for a flawless, satiny finish, even when additional layers are needed for extra coverage. The water-resistant formula leaves complexions perfectly even-toned and hydrated, while providing all-important broad-spectrum sun protection.

The easy-squeeze tube eliminates waste; consumers just need to dole out the amount needed for each application, MAC maintains. Every drop contains uniquely formulated micronised silicone-coated pigments that keep colour true, so the make-up appears to sink into the skin without ever becoming mask-like or cakey.

Made for all skin types, Studio Sculpt SPF15 Foundation is especially suited to dry, sensitive and mature complexions. For best results it should be applied using a sponge or foundation brush.

Complementing the foundation is MAC’s Studio Sculpt Concealer. The gel-based cream formula is described as a full-coverage concealer that does not dry out or look cakey.

Its silicone coated pigments help retain colour purity, for superb coverage that blends easily yet covers completely with just a small amount of product, according to MAC.
