L’Oréal USA makes key leadership appointments

Susannah Greenberg is named Chief Information Officer for the Americas

L’Oréal USA has made several key executive appointments. Susannah Greenberg has been appointed as Chief Information Officer for the Americas, Leslie Marino as President of the Professional Products Division USA and Nathalie Gerschtein as President of the Consumer Products Division for North America Zone.

Greenberg has been with L’Oréal USA for over ten years. As Chief Information Officer for the Americas, Greenberg becomes a member of L’Oréal USA’s Management Committee and serves as a member of the Global IT Management Committee.

She will drive L’Oréal USA’s beauty tech goals, strengthen consumer touchpoints through AI and virtual reality and enhance the company’s digital, CRM and ecommerce capabilities.

In her role as President Professional Products Division USA, Marino will drive the growth of L’Oréal’s powerful brand portfolio in the region. This includes its L’Oréal Professional, Shu Uemura Art of Hair, Pureology, Kérastase, Biolage, Redken and L’Oréal technique brands.

Marino spent 20 years in the L’Oréal USA Luxe Division, before becoming the General Manager of Kérastase, Shu Uemura Art of Hair and Essie. She was then appointed General Manager of Redken and Pureology.

As President Consumer Products Division North America Zone, Gerchstein will take charge of driving growth, innovation and sustainability across L’Oréal’s vast portfolio of consumer brands in the region. This includes L’Oréal Paris, Maybelline New York, Garnier, Essie, Thayers Natural Remedies, Carol’s Daughter, Softsheen-Carson and Nyx Professional Makeup.

She has been with L’Oréal for over 20 years, leading various business around the world,  and particularly Thailand, where she was Country Manager and CEO.
