L’Oréal Travel Retail Americas and L’Oréal Travel Retail Asia Pacific have won eight awards for My Beauty Club, the company’s internal mobile learning application.
My Beauty Club features e-learning training modules, social networking and corporate news. It helps beauty advisors upskill and learn about L’Oréal Groupe’s Environmental, Social & Governance initiatives.
The mobile application helps beauty advisors stay connected across their region through peer learning, content sharing and social networking. It also offers beauty advisors real-time information and assistance to aid with their performance.
Travel Retail Americas (TRAM) Beauty Advisors My Beauty Club Americas and Travel Retail Asia Pacific (TRAP) Beauty Advisors My Beauty Club Asia Pacific each received two awards from the Learning Technologies Organisation, which recognises learning technologies globally. Finalists were selected by an independent panel of 60 judges.
Out of 450 entries, My Beauty Club Americas and Asia Pacific received two gold medals each in the following categories: Best Learning Technologies Project in the Commercial Sector and Best Use of Social and Collaborative Learning Technologies.
TRAP Beauty Advisors My Beauty Club Asia Pacific won four awards at the Brandon Hall Excellence Awards 2022. The awards recognise stellar technology and human capital management programmes around the world.
It secured four gold medals in four categories: Best Advance in Creating a Learning Strategy, Best Results of a Learning Programme, Best Use of Mobile Learning and Best use of Social Collaborative Learning.
All entries were evaluated by a panel of senior industry experts who reviewed both written entries and presentations. Winners were selected based on a criteria that ranked them on fit for need, programme design, functionality, innovation and measurable benefits.
L’Oréal Travel Retail Americas Director Julia Seve commented: “My Beauty Club has transformed the way we engage and motivate our beauty advisors and retail teams in TRAM.
