L’Oréal Luxe Travel Retail Asia Pacific stages Chinese New Year promotion

L’Oréal Luxe Travel Retail Asia Pacific is staging a Chinese New Year activation at Hong Kong International Airport (HKIA) from 3 February to 5 March.

Taking place at the Level 6 Departures East Hall (Restricted Area) of Terminal 1, the campaign features an interactive booth decorated with Chinese lanterns. Travellers can discover their fortune in the Year of the Goat on the Zodiac Wall, as well as send personalised video greetings to their loved ones via e-mail.

The art of Fai Chun calligraphy will be presented by expert calligraphers, who are on hand to write Chinese New Year greetings. Local artists have also been invited to demonstrate cosmetic painting, using makeup products from leading beauty brands to create stylised Chinese New Year paintings for travellers.

As part of the campaign, L’Oréal Luxe Travel Retail Asia Pacific will be offering the HKIA Exclusive Charity Set for sale. For every set sold during the promotional period, the company will donate part of the proceedings to charitable organisation and social services provider Po Leung Kuk. Nine L’Oréal brands will contribute to this charity initiative: Biotherm, Clarisonic, Giorgio Armani, Helena Rubinstein, Kiehl’s, Lancôme, Ralph Lauren, Shu Uemura and Yves Saint Laurent.
