Natural wellness brand Long Haul Spa — joint grand prize winner of The QDF Factor — has appointed TR Partners to manage and accelerate business development opportunities in travel retail.
Under the new partnership, TR Partners will take charge of account management and business development while Long Haul Spa will focus on sustainable product development.
According to the partners, 2021 will see the launch of new wellness innovations including skin-kind hand sanitisers, mask-related acne solutions and a line of Antipodean bath and body care products.
The appointment of TR Partners, led by Founder Vincent McDermott, builds on the momentum of Long Haul Spa’s victory as joint grand prize winner of The QDF Factor during the inaugural Virtual Travel Retail Expo.
As reported, Long Haul Spa and fellow grand-prize winner Make Sure will each receive a complimentary six-month listing and incredible three-month high-profile promotion in Qatar Duty Free’s award-winning offer at Hamad International Airport, in Doha, Qatar.
Both winners have also been awarded an additional three-month secondary promotion. They will also each receive a US$50,000 multi-media advertising campaign with The Moodie Davitt Report.
In addition to The QDF Factor, Long Haul Spa has consistently received several other industry awards since its launch in late 2019. This includes winning the DFNI Asia Pacific Award for Best New Beauty Product, DFNI Frontier Award for Beauty Product of the Year and TRB’s consumer-voted Travel Retail Award for Best Skincare, Haircare, Bath & Body Product.
