Live and online now: The Moodie Report Print Edition for April 2013

INTERNATIONAL. The Moodie Report is delighted to reveal a new design and look, plus a new Economist-style size for our market-leading Print Edition, beginning with the April 2013 issue, out now.

The new size allows us to use bigger, sharper images, and the updated design means our pages feature clean, uncluttered layouts that are easy on the eye.

We’ve also introduced some new devices to make navigating our issue simpler than ever. You’ll see sign-posting for some of our highlight features dotted through the issue. And you’ll see more use of “˜infographics’, our popular and easy-to-read graphics tool that readers of The Moodie Report e-Zine will be familiar with.

Not only that, but we’ve added an “˜augmented reality’ element to our printed pages too. That means readers of the hard copy edition (out this week at the IAADFS show in Orlando) can view video footage from The Trinity Forum (held in Abu Dhabi in January) by downloading a special app on their phones and using it to view selected pages. Find out more by clicking into the Contents section of the issue.

The edition has a smart new look, but as always it features the biggest stories from around the travel retail world.

We bring you unrivalled coverage of The Trinity Forum, the world’s leading airport commercial revenues conference, plus our cover story delivers comment & analysis on the recently issued Perfumes & Cosmetics and Liquor & Tobacco tenders at Singapore Changi Airport.

The Martin Moodie Interview features Nuance President & CEO Roberto Graziani, while we also run the first-ever trade media interview with Sven Zahn, CEO of Eurotrade, one of Europe’s most respected single-country retailers.

We carry a special section on Americas duty free, and part one of an “˜on location’ report from Japan’s major travel retail locations (part two will appear in our May edition).

In this issue you’ll also find our exclusive reports from Hainan on two of China’s great duty free shopping projects, at Haitang Bay and Mission Hills.

The critical food & beverage channel also features strongly, including major interviews with AENA Aeropuertos and Ãreas on the recent Madrid tender, as well as with SSP America and OTG Management.

Plus there’s much, much more.

The Moodie Report Print Edition for April 2013 is available in full – editorial and advertising – through our unique online digital and iPad-compatible format.

Please enjoy this latest Print Edition with our compliments.
