Belgian chocolate specialist Leonidas has partnered with International Duty Free at Brussels Airport for the exclusive travel retail launch of the Manon Ruby Chocolate Collection.
The limited-edition, 16-piece range, which is presented in a pink gift box, featured in the retailer’s airside shop, under a ‘Have you met Ruby’ banner. Promoters encouraged sampling of the new line which will be highlighted throughout November.
The pink Manon chocolate shell is filled with a raspberry cream and includes nutty praline and ruby chocolate casing.
Ruby chocolate is made from ruby cocoa beans, which are naturally pink in colour. Leonidas said it offers a fruity taste with acidic berry notes and a creamy consistency without the bitterness of classic cocoa.
