POLAND. Lagardère Travel Retail has opened a Bread&Co. outlet at Poland’s Gdańsk Lech Wałęsa Airport.
The 177sq m unit (pictured below) is located airside in the Schengen zone, and offers 89 seats.
Bread&Co. is a premium refined bakery and coffee counter-service concept. The Gdańsk outlet is the eighth opening for the brand (the other seven are in Poland and France).
The menu features breakfast items, hot and cold beverages, sandwiches that are cooked on site, brioches, quiches, desserts and sweet pastries. Juices are squeezed on request.
Bread&Co. at Gdańsk Lech Wałęsa features a Scandinavian-inspired design and aims to create a “warm, comfortable and cozy” environment, Lagardère Travel Retail said.
Lagardère Travel Retail has been operating at Gdańsk Airport in a master concession scheme since November 2016.
