Lagardère opens Inglot Cosmetics area at Nice Côte d’Azur Airport

Beautiful day: Travellers were offered express make-up sessions at the new Inglot corner.

FRANCE. Lagardère Travel Retail has opened a dedicated Inglot Cosmetics area in its Aelia Duty Free store at Nice Côte d’Azur Airport Terminal 1.

It is the first dedicated Inglot corner in France, according to the airport, and “completes the commercial transformation” of the walk-through store.

An airport spokesperson said: “We hope this corner will create excitement instore for travellers.

“This new brand is in line with the desire to make Nice Côte d’Azur a singular airport in which each passenger is unique, making the airport a destination in its own right.”

Poland-headquartered cosmetics company Inglot was founded in 1983 and specialises in make-up. Its product range includes a Jennifer Lopez collection.

Nice Côte d’Azur Airport has completed an ambitious upgrade of both its terminals over the past three years.

The commercial transformation of Terminal 2 was finalised in May, when Chief Commercial Officer Filip Soete stated that the investment by the airport and its partners should help double non-aeronautical revenues over the next four years (from around €200 million a year today).
