KrisShop celebrates landmark year with Anniversary Fiesta featuring deals and surprises

SINGAPORE. KrisShop is celebrating one year since its official rebranding as a flagship ecommerce platform, KrisShop.com with its inaugural Anniversary Fiesta, a month-long promotion featuring a range of shopper treats and surprises.

From now until 31 August, shoppers can look forward to a “slew of steals” with up to -80% reductions on more than 500 items across beauty, fragrances, fashion accessories, wines & spirits and more. Exclusive bundle deals feature favourite buys curated by category. Shoppers can also keep their eyes peeled for weekly giveaways on Instagram featuring an array of products worth up to S$460 (US$335).

Surprises in store

For those feeling adventurous, six special surprise boxes are on offer. Contents range from alcohol to airline collectibles but the packages are a mystery, adding to the fun of unboxing them.

Any purchase on KrisShop.com also entitles shoppers to a Bingo card featuring various products to be matched. Products will be revealed on the retailer’s social media pages each week and shoppers simply need to match a Bingo row and stand to win KrisShop vouchers worth S$100 (US$73). Shoppers can also look out for mini games on social media weekly, and stand to win KrisShop vouchers worth S$20 (US$14.60).

The icing on the cake for aspiring home bakers is a KrisShop exclusive webisode featuring MasterChef Australia alum and fan-favourite Reynold Poernomo. On 15 August, the culinary star will be creating a dessert in celebration of KrisShop’s anniversary. Customers can stay tuned to KrisShop’s Facebook channel to catch the pâtissier in action.

Since its spectacular August 2019 launch, KrisShop has advanced in its evolution from being the inflight duty free shop of Singapore Airlines to a fully-fledged omnichannel retailer, enabling consumers to buy without flying and have purchases delivered to their doorsteps.

The year has marked significant progress in its retail services, with reduced delivery lead times alongside the implementation of new features on KrisShop.com, including a live chat function for enhanced user experience.

Central to the rebranding over the past year has been a suite of themed concept stores, including some from local small business owners, sustainability champions, and even craftsmen from differently-abled groups in response to evolving consumer behaviour and preferences.

Most recently, the brand curated KrisShop@Home, a pop-up concept store dedicated to shoppers’ stay and work from home essentials amid the COVID-19 pandemic.

KrisShop goes Platinum at Moodie Davitt Virtual Travel Retail Expo

Omnichannel retailer KrisShop is a Platinum Partner of the Moodie Davitt Virtual Travel Retail Expo.

The unique 5-day ‘live’ event, followed by a 30-day showcase, begins on 12 October, just after the conclusion of the Chinese Golden Week holidays. It features a star-studded series of events across the five days, including a Symposium, category workshops and a new consumer research initiative.
