Italian confectionery brand Vergani has appointed Kreol Travel Retail as its official travel retail distributor for the Indian subcontinent, Southeast Asia and selected Middle East countries.
Vergani, founded in 1881, was acquired by leading cornflake and cereal manufacturer Lameri Cereals in September 2006. Its products include torrone (nougat pralines and bars), mostarda (spicy fruit chutney), chocolate pralines, chocolate eggs and marrons glacés. Vergani also supplies semi-finished products, such as crushed nougat for ice cream.
The brand currently has a presence in Switzerland, Germany, Austria, France, UK, Sweden, Holland, Portugal, Greece, USA, Canada, the Middle East, Hong Kong, Singapore and Australia among others.

Kreol Travel Retail represents several other confectionery brands including Confetti Crispo, Sölen, Chiko and Duc d’O chocolate.
