THAILAND. King Power International and global beauty powerhouse, L’Oréal Travel Retail, are expanding their already close cooperation with a string of exclusive activations at Bangkok Suvarnabhumi Airport, driven by the Lancôme, Kiehl’s and L’Oréal Paris brands.
L’Oréal said: “With a powerful portfolio of diversified brands, the next step – in the coming months – is to expand exclusive retail expressions with King Power to meet the needs and desires of all passengers at the airport.”
The hand-in-hand collaboration is set to bring “unique and tailor-made” activities and activations to Suvarnabhumi Airport aided by a team of world-class beauty advisors.
In the spotlight will be Lancôme Advanced Génifique Light Pearl Eye Serum, a ‘Kiehl’s Loves Bangkok’ event, and the exclusive L’Oréal Paris ‘Youth Code Set’.
The events are designed to enhance the shopping experience in luxury as well as accessible-luxury beauty and also to leverage the haircare and dermocosmetics segments.
L’Oréal Travel Retail Asia Pacific Managing Director Emmanuel Goulin said: “Thailand is a strategic and exciting market with great beauty awareness and spending power. Thanks to King Power’s ability to attract Chinese and Thai travellers with outlets at airports and major tourist venues in Thailand, I am confident we will bring premium shopping experiences for all types of beauty-savvy passengers.”
King Power International Senior Executive Vice President Susan Whelan added: “We are very pleased to partner with L’Oréal. The variety of different brands captures all types of travellers, allowing them to enjoy Bangkok Airport as an exceptional retail destination.”
