Kent Rathbun Concepts and Paradies Lagardère open Hickory at Dallas Fort Worth

USA. Paradies Lagardère and Kent Rathbun Concepts have opened the Hickory restaurant at Dallas Fort Worth International Airport (DFW) Terminal B. Hickory is the third collaboration between the two companies at DFW, following the openings of Whitetail Bistro and Abacus in September 2016 and March 2017, respectively. Another outlet is planned.

Hickory offers American family favourites throughout the day with breakfast, lunch and dinner menus.

“We are very excited to be opening our third restaurant at DFW with Paradies Lagardère,” said Kent Rathbun Concepts owner William Hyde. “We feel like the addition of Whitetail Bistro, Abacus, and now Hickory will help elevate the culinary offerings at the airport.”

Paradies Lagardère Senior Vice President of Food & Beverage Bill Casey described Hickory as offering “an intriguing fusion of a premium sports bar and a high-end culinary experience.”

Restaurant Hickory is the third of four planned collaborations between Paradies Lagardère and Kent Rathbun Concepts

Hickory offers a diverse menu prepared with seasonal ingredients. Dishes include St. Louis-Style Pork Ribs (smoked on site, Cheddar Mac & Cheese and Skillet Cobbler along with burgers and hand-held snacks. The full breakfast menu includes Chili Trompo Tacos with scrambled eggs, coriander and serrano cream. Charity No Kid Hungry will receive 25% of retail sales generated by the children’s menu.

Paradies Lagardère operates over 850 restaurants and stores in 98 airports across North America.
