Both Mariana and Katie report to JTI WWDF Corporate Affairs and Communications Director Gemma Bateson.

Bateson said: “One of the key roles of JTI’s Corporate Affairs & Communications function is anticipating opportunities and risk in our operating environment, whether social, economic, political, regulatory or competitive.

“With a detailed understanding of our operating environment, we can better support the industry in protecting duty free retail across all countries and channels. By expanding our team we are investing in our relationships with our customers.”
