UK. Today’s images are courtesy of customer and employee experience specialist Ethos Farm Co-founder Mathew Garner. They show the company’s employees at Heathrow and London Luton airports marking World Kindness Day 2022 (13 November) by treating travellers to Starbucks and Nero vouchers.
As Garner pointed out on his LinkedIn post, “A little kindness goes a long way… such a simple gesture and wonderful to see so many smiles.
“We have empowered our team to just make someone’s day whenever they feel like it. There’s going to be more of this to come.”
In our often dark and troubled world, that’s a mission, in this case an Ethos, worth applauding.
