INDIA. Delhi Duty Free Services is featuring the range of India-inspired cream liqueurs from House of Sōmrus on a striking gondola display and gifting station at Indira Gandhi International Airport.

In a LinkedIn post, House of Sōmrus founder Pankaj K (PK) Garg invites travellers to “bring some India with you on your return trip.”

What better channel than travel retail to embrace the House of Sōmrus tagline, ‘Born of India, Made for The World’?

As reported, Delhi Duty Free is the first travel retailer in the Indian subcontinent to launch House of Sōmrus products. The brand is represented in India by new distribution partner Aspri Spirits.

The cream liqueur line, with its tagline ‘Born of India, Made for The World’, entered Delhi Duty Free stores in November, just before the year-end festive season.

Sōmrus offers three cream liqueur expressions: Chai, Coffee and Mango

Launched in March 2014, the House of Sōmrus has established a strong presence in selected US states and is now making an increasing impact in the travel retail market globally, where it is represented by Barry Geoghegan’s Duty Free Global.

PK Garg was the subject of a compelling interview with Martin Moodie in April 2021. “My story is actually more than my story and than that of my brand. In some ways, it’s also the story of our country,” Garg commented. Click on the image to read.
