INDIA. Mumbai Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport has marked five years of operations at Terminal 2.

A gala celebration on 12 February featured a light show synchronised with music from the film Pirates of the Caribbean.

The crowd was then treated to an open air concert featuring a host of Indian singers, who performed both local and Western music.

As part of the celebration, Terminal 2 was illuminated with landscape lighting.

The terminal is known for both its use of modern technology and its attempts to reflect India’s history and culture through art and architecture as well as the retail and food & beverage units. Further images can be viewed below.
