Illva Saronno bolsters travel retail team with two key appointments

Illva Saronno has underlined its commitment to travel retail with new appointments to its global team.

Nikos Tsagarakis is named Global Travel Retail Director and Valentina Cozzi becomes Global Travel Retail Marketing Manager.

Tsagarakis joined Illva Saronno in 2011 after working for Gruppo Campari, Boutati Wines and, most recently, Allied Domecq Greece. He described travel retail as the “ultimate international channel” and said he looked forward to spearheading Illva Saronno’s development.

Cozzi joined Illva Saronno as a Shopper Marketing and Travel Retail Specialist in 2013. Since then she has played a key role in developing new marketing strategies, including a 360° limited-edition project.

“Travel retail is becoming a more strategic channel for every company, with the number of travellers growing year after year, making it the perfect display for brands,” she said.
