AMERICAS. The International Association of Airport Duty Free Stores (IAADFS) has named speaker and bestselling author Scott Miller (right) as keynote speaker for the conference programme at the 2023 Summit of the Americas. The event will be held on 16-19 April at the Palm Beach County Convention Center in West Palm Beach, Florida.
Miller is senior advisor on thought leadership for business coaching consultancy FranklinCovey, leading the strategy, development, and publication of the firm’s bestselling books.
He hosts the FranklinCovey-sponsored On Leadership With Scott Miller weekly podcast and and C-Suite Conversations, which features interviews with top executives.
In addition to supporting FranklinCovey’s global thought leadership efforts, Miller runs Gray+Miller, a speaking, literary and talent agency that represents leaders, authors and thinkers. He has developed the ignite your genius coaching series; a book of the same name launches in 2023 with Baker Publishing.
In a 23-year career with FranklinCovey, Miller has held roles as Chief Marketing Officer and Executive Vice President of Business Development, and was previously General Manager and client partner in FranklinCovey’s Chicago and UK offices. He has also authored a leadership column for Inc.com, helmed FranklinCovey’s Bookclub.com series with world-renowned authors, and hosted the weekly iHeart Radio show Great Life, Great Career. He is based in Salt Lake City, Utah.
