Hyderabad International improves customer experience following retail renovation

INDIA. Hyderabad International Airport says its retail offer has been improved following the renovation of several outlets.

Shoppers Stop, WHSmith and John’s Umbrella outlets have all been refurbished recently, each with a focus on improving the offer and in-store customer experience.

Indian departmental store chain Shoppers Stop has upgraded its two retail outlets in the domestic security hold area and the domestic bussing gate. New brands including Calvin Klein, Aéropostale and Superdry are now featured.

UK news & books specialist WHSmith has renovated its stores in the domestic and international security hold areas. The upgraded outlets currently have discount offers on bestselling books and confectionery.

John’s Umbrella has opened a new store in the security hold area of international departures. Its existing store in the domestic security hold area has undergone a refurbishment.
