Street eats: Mumbai Central focuses on fast and fresh cooking

India’s west coastal cuisine is highlighted at Mumbai Central, including street food from India’s largest city as well as Mumbai delicacies.

Mumbai Central focuses on fast and fresh cooking, and much of the food is made and finished in front of customers at the outlet’s live counter. Fresh ingredients and spices are used as the outlet aims to emphasise healthy eating.

Customers can order from digital menus, which feature daily specials and regularly updated content.
