Hong Kong International Airport issues tender for celebrity chef restaurant

HONG KONG. Airport Authority Hong Kong (AAHK) has issued a tender for a celebrity chef restaurant in the Terminal 1 Arrivals Hall at Hong Kong International Airport (HKIA).

The 312sq m outlet targets meeters and greeters as well as travellers, noted the airport company, which aims to build on the strong and varied dining offer at HKIA.

AAHK described this as a “unique business opportunity for celebrity chef operators” at the location.
