Hong Kong International Airport calls latest speciality dining tender

HONG KONG. Airport Authority Hong Kong has called a tender for a speciality restaurant concession in the Midfield Concourse airside at Hong Kong International. It is the latest in a series of dining licences to come to market at the location.

The airport company described it as “a unique business opportunity for food & beverage operators in this prestigious aviation hub in Asia”.

The outlet measures 379sq m and is located in airside departures, level 7. The bid deadline is 20 March.

As we revealed recently, HKIA is seeking to upgrade its dining offer, and has announced details of some exciting new brands that have opened (or will open soon), both landside and airside.
