The casual dining concept is available in 52 locations worldwide, and this is its first outlet in Indonesia.

The new location is part of the company’s five-outlet food & beverage concession, won in Phase One of a tender process organised by airport company Angkasa Pura I in 2021. Others included Two Dragons, Little Eats, Fresh and Espresso Bar.

In Phase Two of the tender process, HMSHost won six stores and has brought four new brands to the airport; two Pizza Huts, two Starbucks, a Coffee Club and High Tide Bar.

Among those who attended the restaurant’s debut were HMSHost Indonesia and Malaysia Managing Director Matt Neal and I Gusti Ngurah Rai Airport’s General Manager Handy Heryudhitiawan, representing Angkasa Pura Airports, alongside representatives from both parties.

Neal said: “We are honoured to officially unveil Wolfgang Puck Kitchen + Bar in this prime location for our highly valued travellers. We had a successful ‘soft’ opening in December 2022, and the early feedback from our guests has been amazing. The restaurant can comfortably serve up to 220 dine-in customers, where they can enjoy an extensive menu which is executed to fine dining standards.”

Handy also commented: “With this remarkable opening, I believe Autogrill HMSHost & Bali Airport’s collaboration will not stop here; we will go further, and we will go stronger.” ✈
