Four of the international brands have been introduced to China for the first time. P.F. Chang’s is an Asian restaurant concept in which food is made from scratch every day in each restaurant. The chain celebrates the 2,000-year-old tradition of wok cooking and first opened in Arizona, USA in 1993. There are now over 300 P.F. Chang’s restaurants around the world.
