‘Hipster chic’: Elevate Gourmet Brands to debut Whisk & Bowl at Dallas/Fort Worth

USA. Elevate Gourmet Brands, in partnership with E&K Retail Airport Concessions, will build and operate two new Whisk & Bowl outlets at Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport (DFW).

The Terminal A and C outlets will be the first in a US airport and are scheduled to open early next year.

Introducing a “hipster chic” concept: Two Whisk & Bowl outlets will open at Dallas/Forth Worth International Airport next year.

Elevate Gourmet Brands Chief Operating Officer Brian Laliberte said: “We thank DFW for the opportunity to work with them and launch the Whisk & Bowl brand here in Texas. We’re very proud to be awarded these leases with our first proposal of the Whisk & Bowl concept.”

Whisk & Bowl, which is described as a “hipster-chic sweets concept”, will offer travellers European-style pastries, freshly-baked treats, breakfast and a full espresso bar. Its menu, which also includes savoury and Texas-inspired snacks, was developed by Elevate Gourmet Brands Chef George Kennedy. Kennedy is also the company’s Director of Non-Traditional Development.
