Here to serve you: Hong Kong International Airport introduces Shopping Ambassadors

HONG KONG. Hong Kong International Airport (HKIA) has boosted its consumer service with the introduction of Airport Shopping Ambassadors.

The ambassadors are stationed at key locations within the airport’s retail areas. They are well-versed in the airport’s diverse shopping and dining offer and aim to provide a friendly and personalised service to travellers.

The ambassadors can provide helpful advice or last-minute shopping recommendations, as well as hot-picks, latest promotions and dining options from a wide range of global and local cuisines.
