Henkell Freixenet introduces Mionetto Aperitivo to travel retail

German-Spanish wine producer Henkell Freixenet has launched Mionetto Aperitivo in the travel retail market, as the company taps into the growing spritz drinks trend. 

Mionetto Spritz brand activations will support the launch of this new expressions. A special Mionetto Spritz combo gift pack is available, featuring Mionetto Aperitivo 500ml and a bottle of Mionetto Prosecco DOC Treviso.Mionetto Aperitivo is an herbal liqueur drink crafted from an Italian recipe. The orange-hued aperitif is a blend of red oranges and licorice, combining the acidity of citrus with the bitterness of select botanicals.

To create Mionetto Spritz, the brand recommends mixing three parts Mionetto’s classic Prosecco with two parts Mionetto Aperitivo, topping it off with a splash of soda/sparkling water, ice and an orange slice.
