Heinemann unveils Chanel’s Les Exclusifs: Mes Voyages at Frankfurt

The Heinemann’s Choice platform at Frankfurt offers a selection of items from Chanel’s Les Exclusifs: Mes Voyages range

Chanel is among the best-selling brands at Frankfurt Airport

As part of an exclusive new promotion Gebr Heinemann has introduced six new fragrances from Chanel’s Les Exclusifs collection – the travel-themed Mes Voyages range – to its Heinemann Duty Free store in Frankfurt Airport Terminal 1B (East).

Prominently located in the retailer’s Heinemann’s Choice area, three of the fragrances are presented under the slogan “˜A journey to faraway lands’; two more are designed to evoke “˜A weekend in the country’, while one is themed “˜A tour of the heart of Paris’.

The 13 fragrances in the Les Exclusifs collection are available in the classic 200ml bottle, priced at €200, and now in a 75ml version, priced at €105.

Gebr Heinemann Head of Activity Management Katja Diehr explained: “We are proud to now present to our consumers the enlarged range of Les Exclusifs. Our international consumers like to find the exclusive fragrances of Chanel in our shop, because usually they are only sold at very selected retailers or at Chanel boutiques.”

In the spotlight on the Heinemann’s Choice stage in the cosmetics area in Frankfurt T1B East this month is an exclusive Chanel lip bar offering a wide choice of colours. An expert make-up artist from Chanel will be available for one week during both November and December to advise travellers on cosmetic application and to provide make-up demonstrations according to skin type. Heinemann will also offer the exclusive “˜one-shot’ brush set, Les Minis de Chanel, during the run-up to Christmas.

Chanel Export Director Michel Mignot said: “Heinemann and Chanel share common values and the long-term vision that is important to independent, family-run businesses. Presenting this new, personal approach to service at Frankfurt T1B East was therefore a natural step. Sharing a special moment, benefiting from beauty advice and expert tips and rediscovering Chanel’s world of scent with exclusive creations normally reserved for Espaces Parfums boutiques – these are custom-made experiences that Chanel aims to offer travellers.

“Heinemann is the contact point between the brand and the passenger. Not many airports allow such freedom of expression; this meeting point, where ideas and advice converge, is the result of a fruitful collaboration.”

Heinemann Activity Manager perfumes/accessories Louisa Schiffer concluded: “With this promotion, Chanel has once again shown how the brand moves with the times. It has produced a highly modern, dynamic and simply fascinating campaign.”
