Groupe ADP names Aude Ferrand as Chief Retail Officer

FRANCE. Airports company Groupe ADP has named Aude Ferrand (pictured) as Chief Retail Officer, effective from 1 October. The role includes management of retail, food & beverage, advertising and financial services across the Paris airport terminals.

Since March 2017, Ferrand has led the product offer arm of the Retail and Services division at Groupe ADP. She spent most of her previous career in the luxury and retail industry.

After working as Brand Manager for Armani in London, she joined Korean cosmetics group Amore Pacific in 2000 where she held marketing positions for Lolita Lempicka fragrances for France and international markets.

She later joined department store Printemps as Merchandise Manager in the luxury accessories business. At Groupe ADP, Ferrand reports to Customer Division Director Mathieu Daubert (who is a speaker at next week’s Trinity Forum in Shanghai).

In other moves, Groupe ADP has named Mélanie Carron as Chief Marketing Officer. This is a promotion from her previous post as Strategic Marketing Director.

Guillaume Arrigoni is appointed Chief Aviation Marketing Officer while (from 15 October) Eric Labrune has taken the role of Chief Customer Satisfaction and Operations Officer. All three also report to Mathieu Daubert.
