Godiva aims to create carnival atmosphere at airports with new chocolate collection

Godiva will unveil its Chocolate Carnival 18-piece limited-edition collection in travel retail at the upcoming TFWA World Exhibition in Cannes (Yellow Village, F33).

The premium collection offers new flavour and texture combinations, such as popping candies in milk chocolate and white chocolate mango ganache flavoured with a hint of chili pepper.

A year-long Chocolate Carnival campaign will help promote the release, and aims to celebrate “the world’s most vibrant celebrations of life and love”.

An activation dedicated to one of the five senses will run at selected airport stores each month from April to August 2019. They will feature street art, dance and music events.

The in-store carnival-style activations will offer sampling opportunities and the chance to win prizes.
