German multi-airport ‘Passngr’ app extends network to Android users

GERMANY. A multi-airport app that assists passengers at Hamburg, Munich and Düsseldorf airports is now available on the Android platform.

The ‘Passngr’ app provides users with flight information, navigation to restaurants and shops, offers and other services including car parking reservation.

The app was previously released on Apple’s iOS operating system, and has since been extended to allow more passengers access to the information.

The Android operating system has a market share of around 80% in Germany, Hamburg Airport said.
