Gategroup and Asiana Airlines enter into 30-year joint venture

SOUTH KOREA. Gategroup has entered into a joint venture with South Korea’s Asiana Airlines to become its sole inflight caterer at Incheon International Airport.

As part of the 30-year partnership, gategroup will also serve Asiana Airlines at other key Korean airports.

Gategroup will hold a 60% controlling stake in the joint venture which includes the creation of a new facility at Incheon to accommodate Asiana Airlines’ growth plans.
