Italian accessories specialist Furla has opened a boutique at Piarco International Airport in Trinidad and Tobago.
The 15sq m space was opened last month in partnership with local retailer Gone Bananas. The store offers a range of accessories from Furla’s autumn/winter 2018-19 collection including handbags, backpacks and small leathergoods.
Furla Global Travel Retail Director Gerry Munday commented: “The store looks great and I’d like to extend my thanks to Gone Bananas for their support.”
The Terminal 1 space is the first in the region to feature the French luxury accessories brand’s new look in retail.
The Moodie Davitt Report was on location in Sanya, Hainan province this week at the signing ceremony to mark the official commencement of the DFS Yalong Bay project, described as the first world-class, seven-star luxury retail and entertainment destination in Sanya, Hainan Province.
The campaign is rolling out this month and will extend through the next few years, reaching countries across Europe, Asia and North America.
