The Furla For You project involves all the countries where Furla operates, reaching a total of 1,600 employees.
With the new scheme, Furla aims to be sensitive to employees’ various priorities, from healthcare and education to insurance cover and time off work. Workers can now be reimbursed for childcare and receive cover for long-term disabilities, life insurance and social services.
Furla has also negotiated a competitively priced range of products and services for employees through deals with its network of partners.
Lastly, the company has added a major personnel training programme to its well-established employee rewards plan, in keeping with its core philosophy that happy employees make a good business and vice versa.
Furla General Director Alberto Camerlengo said: “The Furla Group’s efforts to develop a highly complex programme centred around people are indicative of the brand’s desire to invest in all that can promote the well-being of its employees and their families, who are responsible for the company’s growth.”
