Four retail and F&B opportunities at Kempegowda International Airport Bengaluru set to close for bids

INDIA. The deadline is fast approaching for four concession opportunities in the new Terminal 2 planned for Kempegowda International Airport, Bengaluru.

Tenders from operator Bangalore International Airport Limited (BIAL) for establishing, operating and maintaining three retail outlets will close to bidders on 11 November.

How the new Terminal 2 at Kempegowda International Airport, Bengaluru will look. It will eventually contain more than 110 retail and F&B concepts.

Two of those involve spaces for leather product & accessories shops. One is in the domestic departures area (79sq m) and the other in the international departures area (65sq m). In each case, the contract term is seven years.

The other retail opportunity is for a 95sq m luxury multi-brand watch store in T2 domestic departures, also with a contract duration of seven years.

The F&B opportunity closes for bidding on 10 November. The tender covers the establishment, operation and maintenance of a 15sq m donuts & coffee outlet in the domestic departures area of T2 (East Bus Gate). The contract term is three years.
