for1314 partners with Density to monitor space usage

for1314| a1dil | c3hristoph | d4enz is continuing its drive to provide innovative solutions for the travel retail and aviation sectors by partnering with Density, creator of a real-time space occupation monitor. The technology accurately measures and monitors the density of people in a particular zone or facility.

The innovatively-named for1314 consortium, launched by renowned travel retail figures Adil Raïhani, Denz van der List and Christoph Henkel, is seeking out innovations that can help the industry recover from COVID-19 and adapt to new consumer behaviour and safety protocols.

The Density technology keeps track of the number of people in a given space in real-time. It displays whether the area is at or approaching capacity. It can also alert employees that a space needs to be cleaned after a specified period of time or that a number of clients have used the area.

Spokesman a1c3d4 commented “Density is a smart real-time device to manage occupancy efficiently in a sustainable  manner. Density comes with powerful, modern software to understand how your spaces are used and protecting privacy.

The Density sensors can tell whether key public facilities and areas are at or nearing capacity

“The sensors help to reduce OPEX and optimise existing based services such as conferencing based on algorithm technology. This best-in-class technology will further support the efforts of corporate workplaces, airports, warehouses, casinos and hotels, bars and restaurants, restrooms and many more to become safe, cleaner and more efficient.”

Beyond airports: Destiny offer solutions for the hospitality sector as well as various airport zones

Density added: “In the time of COVID-19, it is even more important to keep a track of capacity and occupancy to ensure a clean and safe environment for employees, customers, travellers and visitors.”

As reported, the for1314 consortium has already bolstered its COVID-19 Recovery range by partnering with Swiss premium skincare brand Le Masque, which specialises in sustainability-orientated masks.

“Everything is starting to align in a beautiful way because there is a lot out there in the market. It is just a case of the right thing being launched at the right time. We see many of those moments aligning right now,” for1314 added.
