Ferrero Travel Market to launch travel-exclusive lines for leading brands

Ferrero Travel Market is ready to launch a new assortment of travel shopping-exclusive products at the upcoming TFWA World Exhibition & Conference (Bay Village Bay 8). The new lines include novelties and snacks from its Kinder, Nutella, Tic Tac and Ferrero Rocher brands.

Ferrero Travel Market said its Kinder gifting range continues to “outperform the market”, delivering +18% growth in the third quarter versus the previous year. The Kinder Surprise Maxi 100g presents three monster-shaped treats with gifts inside, which glow in the dark.

Ferrero Rocher’s 100g pack offers eight pralines in a box decorated with a map of the world and a “Where do we go next?’ message. The new product targets consumers looking for a “luxurious yet informal” gift at an accessible price point.

Ferrero Rocher targets the gifting market while Nutella (below) opts for a B-ready on-the-go snack.

Nutella celebrates its 50th anniversary this year and is launching an updated version of its Nutella B-ready snack which was introduced in 2013. The Nutella bar is offered in 12 single portions in the new pack.

The Tic Tac Travels Multi-flavour pack contains four flavours of the Tic Tac mints. Graphics include flavour characters Buddy Lime, My Strawberry, Dr Red Apple and Mr Banana.

“The launch of this multi-pack reflects the fact that 90% of the sugar offer on shelf today is multi-flavoured and flavour extensions are the key driver of innovation launches in this category,” Ferrero Travel Retail stated.
