GERMANY. Bremen Airport has selected the app FLIO to become its official airport app.
The airport decided to integrate with FLIO rather than develop a stand-alone app.
The FLIO app offers Bremen Airport passengers a variety of services including discounts at airport stores and restaurants, the ability to book parking and airport lounges, and live flight information.
The app is compatible with both Android and iOS phones.
“FLIO convinced us in the first conversation that this is a must-have app for all passengers, and we immediately decided to get on-board as the first airport to do so in FLIO worldwide,” commented Bremen Airport Chief Commercial Officer Florian Kruse.
“In our opinion FLIO has everything a passenger needs beautifully and informatively processed in just one single app. With this app our customers have Bremen Airport and all other airports in the world always in their pocket.”
FLIO Founder and CEO Stephan Uhrenbacher said: “Bremen was the first airport to realise the full potential of FLIO and make all of the airport’s services available on the mobile.”
The free app also provides layout maps of Bremen Airport, a live weather forecast, simplified access to free airport Wi-Fi and a listing of everything the airport has to offer.
FLIO is currently available at more than 250 airports worldwide.
