Ethos Farm launches online training for travel retail sales staff

UK. Travel retail consultancy Ethos Farm has launched an online training programme for travel retail sales staff.

The Best Practice Standard for Travel Retail Sales Professionals aims to take learners through every aspect of shop floor service and sales. Its 14 assessments include Values & Behaviours, Sales as a Service, Brands & Products, Sales Awareness, Stock Control & Loss Prevention and Technology.

She said the online programme could help aspiring travel retail professionals start a career in the industry, to develop skills and obtain BPS certification for career progression.

Alington said Ethos Farm accelerated the launch of the programme, and reduced introductory pricing per learner, to help those who want to use the current time to enhance their knowledge and skills but also have very limited budgets to consider.

The programme is available to buy online at a cost of £49.99 (US$62). Participants will receive a workbook and access to Ethos Farm’s iTrain platform, which will record and track their progress. Ethos Farm and ISPY BPS Level 1 Certificates will be awarded upon completion.
