Ethos Farm joins ACI World Business Partner network

UK firm Ethos Farm has joined the Airports Council International (ACI) World Business Partner programme.

Ethos Farm CEO Sally Alington underlines ACI’s role as the “voice of the global airport industry”

ACI provides a platform for businesses to interact with the airport industry, build a network of key decision makers and explore new business opportunities.

Ethos Farm specialises in the development of aviation customer experiences and associated learning programmes. The company was recently named Learning Start-Up Provider of the Year 2020 by the Learning & Performance Institute.

As reported, Ethos Farm launched an online training programme designed to educate employees in the aviation sector on how to adapt their service in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic earlier this month.

The 40-minute Aviation Service Excellence while Physical Distancing course will be available exclusively through the ACI Online Learning Centre.

Ethos Farm CEO Sally Alington said: “I am truly excited to announce our World Business Partner status with ACI, who are unquestionably the voice of the global airport industry.”

She noted ACI’s focus on customer service and the highest standards of safety in airports worldwide.

Ethos Farm featured the “ground-breaking” use of avatar passengers in its course for security staff at Edinburgh Airport

Alington said discussions with the ACI followed an Ethos Farm course for security staff at Edinburgh Airport before the COVID-19 pandemic was announced.

“The programme we created for EDI involved the ground-breaking use of avatar passengers for learners to practice and hone their customer service skills,” Alington added.
