USA. Elevate Gourmet Brands will open the first San Francisco Mac + Cheese Kitchen at San Francisco International Terminal 3 this spring.

The restaurant will offer its customers a fast food service throughout the day with views through wall-to-wall windows.

In addition to menus covering all parts of the day, the San Francisco Mac + Cheese Kitchen features a bar and a pastry display cabinet.

The menu will include The Signature Crab Mac with noodles and white cheese blend, topped with local Dungeness crab and microgreens, and The Gilroy Garlic Mac topped with Pecorino Romano and Gilroy’s roasted garlic.

The Signature Crab Mac is among the options on the extensive menu.

Mac and cheese dishes can be customised with a selection of toppings and sides, including Signature Cord Bread, and spicy broiled vegetables. Also available are gluten free and non-GMO options and rustic salads.

San Francisco Mac + Cheese Kitchen will also have a “fun” Li’l Mac Kids’ Menu featuring Mac + Cheese Tots and Eat Your Veggies Mac.

The breakfast menu offers customisable scrambled eggs and a selection of breakfast brioches.

As with other Elevate Gourmet Brands concepts a pastry display will be prominent, with a wide range of sweet and savoury pastries on offer.

In addition, the new eatery will feature a bar showcasing local Bay Area beer and wine.
