Duty Free Dynamics bolsters management team with new appointments

Regional distributor Duty Free Dynamics (DFD) has announced several changes to its management team. According to CEO Nicolas Dobry, the new appointments are in line with DFD’s Route 2025 Roadmap, a strategy which was introduced last year to strengthen the company’s organisational structure.

Diego Rodriguez has been appointed DFD VP Global Business Development and VP Commercial EMEA. Rodriguez joined the company eight months ago as an external consultant after working with Adidas for over 20 years, most recently as Adidas Group Regional Director Account Marketing LATAM.

DFD Commercial Director Maria Villarreal has been named VP Commercial Americas.

The DFD marketing team is being restructured following Jairo Gonzalez’s recent departure. DFD said the company is recruiting a new associate.

DFD Business Development Manager Arnaud Ryser, who joined DFD in 2017, has also left the company to follow a personal project. Dobry noted that his contributions had been essential to the company’s success and wished him well.
