Dufry strikes fresh duty free and duty paid contract at Florianópolis Airport as new terminal opening nears

BRAZIL. Dufry has struck a new duty free and duty paid contract at Florianópolis International Airport, which is managed by Flughafen Zürich. The new partnership will see the retailer expand its presence to the new terminal, which opens in October. This will give Dufry an additional 650sq m of space across two duty free stores and one duty paid shop.

In departures, Dufry will open a 280sq m walkthrough duty free shop, plus a 170sq m store in arrivals. The assortment includes many brands that are sought after by Brazilians, said Dufry, among them Johnnie Walker, Lindt, Carolina Herrera, Lancôme, Dior, Armani, Ray-Ban, Prada, Tommy Hilfiger, Calvin Klein and others.
